Waivers

After April 30th, we will contact all applicants who have been selected to participate in this year’s camp!

All participants and leaders are required to fill out a waiver and release form in order to attend camp.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

PLEASE NOT NOT SEND US WAIVERS AND $25 UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL  WITH THIS YEAR’S WAIVER PACKAGE

If you have already been accepted to camp, down load the Waivers and Releases Form and then please:

  1. Print out
  2. Read carefully and complete, (with a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of 19)
  3. Attach a $25 cheque or money order (campers only) do not send cash in the mail! Make payment out to ‘UBC – CampOUT!’ – note: add camper name to memo section of cheque.
  4. CAMPERS: Mail the signed form and $25 Camper fee to CampOUT! by May 30th.Mailing Address:

  5. CABIN LEADERS & VOLUNTEERS: mail, fax, or scan and email the the form to us (and bring the original document to the pre- camp meeting)

If you have not applied yet, apply before March 30th next year!

If you are on the waitlist, please be prepared to print, sign, and send in the forms if you are contacted when a space at camp has opened up.

Contact your local library or corner store if you don’t have access to a printer, scanner, or fax machine in your home, school, or workplace.
